I don't think the staff at this location are given enough credit considering some of the difficult customers I've seen them have to deal with. They are always so polite and friendly and are always willing to answer any questions myself or my husband have had. We have never had a bad experience buying insurance from them and are applauded that people have had issues given the amazing customer service they provide.

We came Dec.18 to buy travel insurance. It was the worst experience we have had in all the years we have dealt with CAA. After 2.5 hours we left & bought at a private insurance dealer at 60% min. cheaper rate. Your rates have gone ridiculously HIGH & DIFFERENT, also force the customer to contact insurance company himself for insurance. Your agents are useless when selling travel insurance & SHOULD STOP SELLING IT. One agent can only sell vacation packages & can not tell me what we purchased 2016. Another agent who can deal with all types insurance is arrogant & snarky said she refused & would not deal with us because she said we would not answer her question. This is not true we did reply but she ignored our answers, plus we were also very confused. We almost cancelled our prepaid trip to Mexico in February. A third agent was much more cooperative. We will never buy travel insurance from CAA AGAIN!
