I bought 3 shirts and a jacket today - got home and the jacket was not in the bag. The girl handed the bag to me and said have a nice day - It is my fault for not checking as well but in my defense, I have shopped there dozens of times and not once has any item been missing. My very unhappy husband is on his way back to retrieve the jacket with the bill for proof of payment. I tried calling 27 times in the past hour and no one has answered yet.
