I placed an order online and used their fee local delivery option (such a life saver) unfortunately 2 of the items didn't fit so they offered to come exchange them at no additional cost. What other business would do that? Amazing service! Will definitely be placing another order soon.

Hi Carrie, it’s unfortunate that you think our policy is unfair but we have a policy in place for a reason and it is the consumers responsibility to know and follow that policy. Our policy is indicated on our receipt, on the counter at the time of purchase as well as on our website. You purchased your item in October, we were open to the public until November 12th giving you adequate time to exchange the item. We tried to explain to you that only those who purchased their items after November 1st were eligible for an exchange up until January 14th as those individuals did not have adequate time to come into the store and do the exchange. Since you purchased your item in October, that option was not available to you. It's unfair for you to think that you can bully a small business into giving you what you want because you weren't able to stay within our policy time frame. You were extremely rude to our store manager and would not listen to what she was explaining to you, so much so that I had to call you back myself to try to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, you would not listen to what I was saying either and continued to talk over me. While our customers are important to us, our staff is also very important and we don’t take kindly to people lashing out at them for something that isn’t their fault. I trust that you were satisfied with the free delivery service we offered on 3 of your online orders as you didn’t write a review about that, Take care.

I purchased the item at the end of Oct and they are not willing to help me to do any exchange or store credit. They are just so bad about customer service and so negative about Everything. This is not a good habit to run a business. Also non stop talking during the phone conversation with me like I am their enemy. I will never shopping for their products ever again.

Honestly the most ignorant, hateful lady I’ve ever spoken to. Received damaged items and she basically told me I DAMAGED THEM. The worst experience of my shopping life.
