I went here last Friday evening for a pedicure and in the 20 years I've been getting pedicures I have never experienced what I experienced that night. As she was cutting my toe nail, she decided to cut a portion of it and then just RIPPED the rest out instead of fully cutting it. When she pulled on the nail, skin was also pulled out! It immediately started bleeding and when I reacted and told her it hurt, she said the red color was from my previous red nail polish. It was NOT!! When I took a closer look it was bleeding. She knew what she did and sprayed it with alchohol. Then she told me I had an ingrown nail! In 20 years of getting pedicures I have never had an ingrown nail! She did it on both big toes. After 3 days, my toes were still puffy and starting to puss, and now it's finally scabbing where she ripped the nail/skin. I did talk to the owner and told him about it but he only said he would talk to her. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone at all!!! BEWARE of this salon, there are so many other nail salons in the area that you can go to!! If I could I wouldn't even rate this place 1 star!! Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!
