My husband order coffee through drive thru, the girl didn’t close it properly so when he grab the coffee, it spilled on my husbands lap, good thing it didn’t burn my husband, but the car seat is all wet. The girl just close the window on him when he told her and ask for tissue.

I couldn't enter the online survey, because my receipt was not in the same format, as needed. But due to the sweet woman who works there, I just had to make a comment somewhere. We were in between appointments, starting at 8:45 am and decided to stop for coffee and a muffin/bagel with cream cheese. A mature woman brought over the order to our table & was so friendly. She obviously loved working there. Then she went back to bring an order to the table next to us! She then went from table to table greeting customers, some by name. I couldn't believe how sweet she was. I even told her it was a joy to see her in action. I think every McDonalds should have an older customer service person, like Diana. She is an awesome rep for your company. This was at the Grant Park, Winnipeg location at 10:26!
