The office is incompetent - they’ll automatically sign you up for another appointment after you specifically ask them not to. Must be pretty desperate for business.

Blinded by his incompitence. Ive had to have 8 operations to try to restore the sight. None of this would have happened if he would have diagnosed it right in the first place. No insurance or help.
