I was told at more than one jeweller than my jade wide band sterling silver ring could not be resized. I brought the ring into City Jewellers and the ring was resized and what a fabulous job. The person who did the work is a "master" craftsperson" IMHO. I now wear this favourite ring regularly and so happy the job could be done.
