There seems to normally be a problem with the phones as no one answers so one normally has a long wait to get their items.

I have been many times for pick up service at this store and the staff have been nothing but courteous and helpful.

the store mangers don't care of how a customer is treated, from a school kid employee getting mouthy at the parts counter to there management team. There store computer was changed in 2011 and my serial number and my name and item that i brought back, that clearly showed that there was still warranty wasn't honored , because of fault of there computer change, they turned it on me.as if I did it to them.So they refused to help because they said i couldn't produce a receipt So when I told management that its not my fault they started laughing at me and mimicking me and antagonizing me to produce the receipt and provoke me even further I wouldn't recommend that store take a short drive to another store..... one that will help you as a welcomed customer...I wouldn't even give them one star but i have too
