I was in Mark's yesterday with my two oldest kids who needed scrubs for working at the hospital here in Boissevain. My son has had a hard time finding any that fit or were suitable. I asked Anna for assistance, and she was awesome. She brought out several different sizes for him to try, and went above and beyond in showing me the different styles and which ones would be better suited for him. Even though it was a bustling day at the store and Anna was obviously busy, you could tell she cared about what she was doing and offering the best service possible. She made a busy day of shopping and stress in Brandon a very positive experience! She also described how the store would be when it was completed, and you could hear the enthusiasm in her voice. A store can have great products, but it is the staff that makes it what it is. I'll shop there again and recommend it! In a day and age where customer service can be lacking, it wasn't lacking yesterday at Mark's! Thank you for that, and thanks Anna! James
