The Staples in Brandon is underataffed, and when you do get to talk to someone they are uneducated. My bad experience is especially with the copy/print department. Theres always a line up and always just ONE person there! Their extremely rude and i've heard them send people away because people had the info to be copied on their phones not a flash drive. I've been to other Staple in other provinces where they said it was no problem. They just asked people to email the stuff they wanted printed to a Staples email. 5 times my order was messed up. Due to the incompetence, uneducated and can i say (lazy) staff in this department. All that needed to be done was center my prints and cut them 8x10. This wasn't difficult when i had Staples do it for me in a different province i was visiting. All this to say, i will not go there again and i recommend the citizens in Brandon to take their business elsewhere for copy/print services. I hope this complaint reach the right people and the managers and supervisors make some adjustments for the staff to pick up their game and take their work seriously.
