Came into the store on April 27th, and unfortunately this visit brings this bad review. There was some confusion and miscommunication. The staff that was scheduled this evening did not handle the situation well. Instead of working with us to solve the issue, the woman behind the counter was extremely rude, and not willing to help us out. “I wasn’t the one who did X” At many customer service jobs, you would have a talking to for this remark.
