Micheline Cromar Blueshore Financial West Vancouver | by Don Sal on Feb 21, 2018
My review and interaction with the West Vancouver branch of Blueshore Financial is directly with branch manager Mrs. Micheline Cromar and her self entitled attitude to park in disabled parking spots as she conducts business in the West Vancouver branch. Disabled, elderly deal with abuse and prejudice daily with parking and many other forms of abuse in various aspects of their lives, it can be very demoralizing, belittling, frustrating and difficult for the folks with the disability. In this particular event after Mrs.Cromar and her husband Mr. Reg Martin were confronted about parking in a disable space without appropriate decal, they made the choice, rather than apologize, to escalate the situation. It escalated quickly into a verbal and physical altercation, with Mrs. Cromar insisting she is the branch manager, condescending, insults, demeaning comments and finally with a assault by Mr. Martin. Whether it is a lack of training by the company or lack of understanding by the Branch Manager about the disabled rights, a person representing the company and employees should make a better choice. Even after the bad choice, Mrs. Cromar and Mr. Reg Martin continued with the barrage of insults with a final one finger salute. See photo and others is taken after getting up off the ground. Ambulance, Fire and police attended the incident. I would suggest that if Mrs. Cromar, Mr Martin or Blueshore financial are unsure of the Disable and handicaps parking rules, they visit the Sparc BC site for clarification and training. SPARC BC For the choices made by this Branch Manager, Mrs.Cromar, and lack of any empathy for disabled, I can only give 1 star for this branch.
