The absolutely worst run company ever. Totally useless. Go anywhere else.

I am appalled by the service I revived today as my daughter was wanting to return clothes. It was 645 and the store was open until 7 we were told the store was over capacity and we could return tomorrow. I watched 6 people leave and 2 customers went in after my daughter. Terrible customer service and the management should be ashamed of themselves. I will be telling my daughter and her friends not to shop here anymore

In Covid tines I would prefer to know the item I am after is in the store and not have to go down there will all people NOT wearing masks and rummage around... WHY don't hey answer the phone??!!
