thought I would stop by at your store as the discounts were very attractive. Both shop assistants were rather distant and seemed not too keen on serving me. While looking at a piece of jewelry from a open show case , I took a piece into my hand and was immediately told that I am not allowed to do that. I perfectly understand that it may be the company policy, but the way it was conveyed to me ,made me feel like a potential thief, a most unpleasant feeling. Upon asking why all the price tags were carefully facing down so it was impossible to get an idea of the prices, I was told that it was deliberately done, so that they can help customers! I have never come across such unhelpful sales assistants and this is the opinion of many of my friends. So many have been completely put off by them and not bought anything despite the very attractive sale.
