I don’t know why so many young men rave about the customer service at this Park Royal Shaw store. For me, customer service was non-existent. Maybe it’s generational as I feel my whole experience with Shaw has been like a grandparent scam. They have no time to service what they sell.

Very unfriendly , arrogant disrespectful, lazy, staff Have no idea about servicing a client or trying to help me with my phone.One of them just sat there playing with his phone. When the first guy could not help me, I asked the the guy who was sitting playing with his phone if maybe he can help me. His answer. " Which part did you not understand. Maybe Ali Farahani should send these 2 boys for some customer service training

Had an excellent experience working with Prab at shaw store in Park Royal!! He is so friendly and easy to deal with. He spent a lot of time giving us information. He's so patient & knowledgeable. I went to the store to get one line & ended up getting a few lines for my entire family, during the process I also dealt with his Co-worker Jimmy He's a great guy as well. I recommend Prab & Jimmy to everyone who's in the market to get a cell phone or get a better service from Shaw store in Park Royal. I've been dealing with different phone providers for years but this time was absolutely different experience. Couldn't be happier than this.
