Very unpleasant shopping experience. Tried to return a T shirt (within the return window) and the their computers were down. Wasted more than half hour and was told that because it's not my fault, I can return it at any time in the future. An employee wrote on the receipt about the problem. Now (much later) I came back to try to return it again. They don't want to take it back because it's out of the return time frame and the employee pretends not to be sure about the writing on the receipt. To be noted that the item is totally unworn with the tag attached. They just don't want it back and I'm left with a useless piece of clothing.
