I have an 8 yr old iPad that has its performance idiosyncrasies purely due to age and "updates" no longer available. Specifically, my difficulty was the email app periodically not operative. I took this problem to Klink Mobile (Park Royal) where Mahdi worked tirelessly trying different approaches. My iPhone was getting really hot and I was having problems with it so was referred to Mobile Klinik by the Geek Squad at Best Buy. Uri did a great job in solving my problem in a very short time, and I really appreciated his courteous knowledgeable help!
