I entered the store @ 6:46 & over heard the girls complaining about ppl coming in at the last minute. I thought they closed @9:00. The lights went out @ 7:00. They turned out the lites & locked the door with me in there. I proceed to the front of the store yelling, hello.No response! I checked my phone , it was 7:03. I kept yelling frantically! I went to the back, stock room & Noone was there! I finally found a girl in the bathroom.I asked, did you not no I was there. She smiled & said no, we checked & there was no one in the store!she proceeded to tell me , she was @ the front @ 7:03. That was a blatant lie! Then she refused to let me pay with cash! Thank god I had my debit card! She seemed to think the whole thing was funny for some reason! I told her I was having a panic attack, which did not change her attitude in the slightest! I will never shop her again & will NOT recommend them to anyone! They don't care about there customers & even recommend #Dollarama to there customers. I now know why! It was a very upsetting experience & I am waiting to hear back from the owner Sat, to hear hear how he will be handling this situation. I will be letting you know the out come!
