We chose Jack because of his great reviews and he did not disappoint. He assessed the problem, ordered the part and returned to repair the machine. Jack is efficient and the cost was reasonable. He’s a respectful, friendly guy and we were very comfortable having him in our home. Thanks Jack. We will call you again and if and when, fingers crossed, we need an appliance repaired.
