I was in the Urban art store in westshore town centre in Victoria yesterday. I witnessed the employee berate another customer for picking up a canvas art piece and asking how much it is. The employee told them “LOOK WITH YOUR EYES AND NOT YOUR HANDS”. The customer was totally shocked and said “Look with my eyes, are you kidding me?” And promptly left the store enraged. The employee was fuming and I then left a little frightened as I too had been picking up things and looking at them. I’m not sure if she was the owner or if she was having a bad day but the owner should know about this. Crazy!
