Paid $30 to express post important documents to Vancouver, after a week the documents still hadn't arrived at the address. I received a phone call from UPS the package was back here in Victoria, they couldn't find the address?! Checked the document, address was correct. Asked for my money back considering my package was not delivered at all. NOPE they tell me because they took it on a trip. So I paid for nothing. Least they didn't loose it this time.
