I went into the store in December 2018, and was greeted by a friendly associate called Remy. I had difficulty making up my mind on what I actually wanted as there were so many choices to pick from. Remy was so patient, asked me where I wanted to furnish, then he guided me through each furniture I chose. Told me about the warranties involved and how it worked. told me about the finance options. He introduced me to his management staff Kosy who also took out his time to explain warranties and answered all the questions I had patiently. Based on the ideas I shared with Remy, he gave me the best recommendations that suited my needs. I left the store that day really satisfied and I have been to the store 3 times again to purchase other stuff. I always want to deal with Remy when I get to the store because I am sure I wont go wrong with my choices as he is patient, friendly and very helpful to guide me through the store
