Was at your store this morning at 8:30. Was waiting in line with other customer. Yet only on full service cash register open. I asked customer service to please open some cash to help some senior citizen in line. And the girl laughed at me and turned around to talk with 2 other girl instead of helping us. So I asked her if she’d mind putting my order back on the shelf and left along with 2 other customer. Unreal service.

I am 79 years old, and this old body has some issues. I was doing a grocery shop between 5 and 6 pm tonight and I got the worst leg cramp I've ever had. 15 to 20 minutes later, I was in severe pain, completely immobilized, leaning on my shopping cart as shoppers and staff flowed around me. Then one of your staff asked me if I needed help. I of course said yes and she went off and came back with an electric cart. She then transferred all my groceries into the basket on the cart and helped me on my way. A young, petite dark haired lady with the name Maria on her tag. I do a lot of my shopping at Walmart, but now I will do most of my shopping at Walmart. That was the kind of service you expect at a small, family run shop - not a major high-volume enterprise. You are to be congratulated for having staff with the empathy of Maria.

I came to the store on the 09 Nov 2016 . I had an old phone that had been broken and needed a new phone . Our salesman Judah R. was absolutely awesome and helped me to get a new phone and a new plan with Telus. This young man deserves to be recognized for the excellent service, and my son and I left the store feeling like we had been treated by this salesman the best service I have had in well maybe never . I work in the service industry most of my life and I am well aware when I have been treated with sincere and wonderful service . I Thank you for hiring this young man he revived my faith that there are others out there as well whom care about their jobs . Thanks Walmart !!!
