Since the branch moved to uptown the service has become horrendous. No customer service whatsoever, they are at a 100% push to get customers online and out of the branch, but of course the fees never go away

When this branch operated in Cordova Bay they were amazing, once they moved the service immediately got worse and continues to slide downhill. No one ever returns phone calls or emails. I have had enough and am finally pulling my accounts. It is amazing having he account manager use old excuses like I never got your message. They just 100% are useless !
