I was at this location last month with a couple of my groomsmen picking up our shirts, pants and vest. We were "helped" by a younger associate named Brad I believe. From the beginning I could sense he was frustrated because of a customer call he was dealing with on the phone. I mentioned I had a group but wasn't sure of the exact #, my fault for not coming equipped with the group #. I asked if he could look it up by name and he replied that " It didn't work that way" I said fine and we continued to get fitted according to what I remember from the initial visit there. In the end I found the email with the group # and passed the info to Brad, he shook his head and said "Ok...well...I guess we'll have to start over with the info on the group account!" By this time I felt offended and said " Look, bring us someone else who I is willing to help us without being rude and condescending" I was upset and showed my frustration with his terrible customer service and attitude which I felt was completely unwarranted. We were brought a very helpful woman who helped us every step of the way. I normally don't write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience. We felt treated like thugs/clowns with no business being there and not a large wedding party who chose your establishment to outfit our friends and family for our wedding. I would appreciate a follow up response to this review. Thank you for your time KD. Kane
