Very disappointed that I can't talk to a store person directly.. They make all kind of promises when selling you something but won't talk to you by phone if you have a hardware problem with a near new computer. I have Geek Squad coverage but they won't look at a battery problem remotely. Would have paid slightly more at Mothers Computers in Victoria but the service is 1000% better. I know for next time.

Absolutely horrendous service(!!) If you need to contact someone you have to drive to a store closest to you. Almost impossible to get someone on the phone, extremely frustrating. Go elsewhere and support a local electronics store, this big box store does not care about providing service!!!
