Took 2 parcels to the post office after i had gone on line to figure out costs - the information I gave was size and weight. The price quoted was $98 for both... when the boxes were taken in the smaller one was going to be $169 (not $39). WTF -- i even had the print out... sooo went to the Royal Oak Post Office and guess what... their price was slightly less from the original quote. What a waste of time Post office at University Heights - you need to train your staff. A very frustrated and unhappy customer.
