What happened to our LANDLINE? Realizing our landline was DOWN, unable to contact TELUS, we have no cell phone. Without a regular TELUS store anywhere, we went to the TELUS small store in Tillicum mall. They do not handle landline problems...oh no. Without hesitation JAMES decided to go the 'extra', called TELUS support. After 2 hours on hold waiting, the 'problem' was corrected. JAMES was on target! KIND, Helpful, Courteous ~ Thank you JAMES.

Went into Telus today. Wasn't the best service but the guy and i made it work. Went back in after my phone was done syncing and they guy was busy. the manger was there and went over to get my phone from HELL!!!! So rude i was rude to her, told me she isnt Apple so she cant help me with my apple phone. I was the service from hell. I phoned Telus and they were so nice when i talked to them. Stay away from this store!!!!! If i could give no stars i could. Go to uptown so kind and helpful there.
