Had wonderful friendly service from Omar El. I stopped in to see if he could put a screw into my glasses and without hesitation he fixed for me with a smile. I would recommend him and the store for a place to get new glasses as well!

I have to say I was with Vision Optical for decades and was surprised and disappointed they where gone . The manager at the tillicum branch was over the top fantastic , a bad experience turned into the best ever the manager was understanding and fixed all issues I had and left me not only with a smile on my face but a good feeling to heart I was treated the best ever and all issues fixed , thank you so much you got my business now !!!! Thank you
