Brought a ring in for resizing, when I picked it up the diamond had been removed and the setting filled and polished. Thieves! Stay away from this store.

Replacement watch battery. Overcharged. Watch display ended up cooking after approx 10 minutes (likely wrong voltage). Returned to store to have battery removed. Owner refuses, saying it's not his problem. Ends up yelling at both my wife and myself (while our 8 year old son watches & listens). Tells us to never come back, which will not prove difficult. This owner should not occupy space in a mall where people would anticipate at least a reasonable response from a shopkeeper, in particular when he has destroyed an expensive item in the process of an otherwise simple request. Zero stars, thoroughly disgusted.
