These never advertise the correct hours. They are very rude and talk about me and laugh at me when I am in the store for reasons that do not make sense. I am not a Trumper and am a good American and have spent thousands of dollars in your store for my new apartment, yet you are hateful and rude.

Nice store with Awefull employee, very rude, untrained about our Western Standard, disrespecting and uncaring, plus, need a better hygiene to clean that strong sweat smell.Hope this will change soon, as Canada is a country of nice kind people and we do not need this in our culture!

Had been a loyal customer at the tillicum dollar tree, but a few recent experiences have changed that. Firstly (not all) of the staff are quite rude & unwelcoming, providing little to no help. The store needs to put proper notice of exchange policy (as the website clearly states returns can be done or items are unopened & with receipt). They refused to do the exchange & I asked to speak with the manager, in which they told me they would get him to call me. For a week no call, so I called. Very rude manager, doesn't allow people to talk only himself & told me he doesn't need have to follow store policy (on website) so I asked him where his store policies....he didn't care, but after awhile he agreed I could have my items exchanged no problem. I went to the store & told the cashier in which she begins whispering to her colleague right in front of me & proceeds to do the exchange. I didn't want to deal with the cattiness & she was not transparent & did my exchange at 1/2 price only (but of course never said anything to me or informing me she was doing this) she never spoke & overall was just unpleasant. Will not be going back.

I have been searching the internet for half an hour to learn where in Tillicum mall the Dollar Tree is located. But no site will tell me! I guess Tillicum Mall does not care that I'm recovering from a dozen brone bones - mostly in the hip/pelvis area! I'm trying to limit my amvulation but Tillicum Mall wants to hurt me! I shall ever shop there again! I'd rather drive to a different Dollar Tree then encourage business in a place like Tillicum Mall - that cares more about earning money then it cares about people!
