So much easier to understand all the terms, deals, and exceptions, time limits ! in person with a service person like James Green. Explained everything to me and made sure I understood. Unlike the Telus website that doesn't tie information together. James offered the pros and cons of the phones I was considering and made me feel confident I knew what I was doing. Plus he found discounts !!!
