I had a very negative experience today at OPA at the Bay Centre on Douglas in Victoria. The old man kept yelling at me because I wanted fries instead of rice. Also, the loud, overbearing, old man yelled at me because I wanted a bag even though I paid $0.50 for the bag. I told him I would not come back and rather than apologizing for poor service, he said, "good, don't come back." Finally, the gyros was awful, dry and hard. He should be close
