I ordered a bagel and was told it would be 10mins.So I sat down and waited. Did not hear anybody call that it was ready. So I asked for my money back. I was not offered another kind of bagel instead of the one I ordered. Then the women me I was not patient. Which is not true. That she was busy training the other staff. I never said anything I just waited the 10 mins then I spike to her. I believe 20 mins is a long time to wait. Got money refunded
