Sold us the wrong product. We specifically asked to avoid this.Tensions were high and store clerk blew up and proceeded to verbally attack us as he followed us out the mall yelling about if we had "ever ben to prison" wrote to the owner by email and described the surreal incident only to see the worker still there weeks later. Due to the issue, went to Best Buy who stated that in the same situation we would be fully refunded. we shop there now
