I was in your store yesterday (Sunday) and am sorry that I didn't purchase a lovely black and white top/jacket - spotted with zipper front and black trim. It is very casual. I would like a size L. I called today but the store had already closed. Will your 25% sale still be on tomorrow? I will come in in the morning to purchase it, hoping that you will still honor your sale. Thank you. When the Oakridge Talbot’s store closed I was at a loss because I had shopped there for about three years and loved the store staff and clothing. The Park Royal North store had closed as well. I phoned the Victoria store to ask if there was another store on the mainland. they said the Park Royal south store will open soon, but in the meantime they would send me whatever I wanted if they had it. I ordered a coat and it was on my doorstep in two days. This is a longer story but I won’t go into all the details. Marg, Bobbi and Emily in Victoria were super kind and efficient. Today I went to the Park Royal South store in West Vancouver and found the staff from Oakridge there on their opening day. It’s a nice store and I couldn’t say enough nice things about the staff. They are terrific.

Very frustrated with calling in regarding catalogue items not supplied in stores, and not offered in Canada. (less than 30%)!! Not feeling like shopping there again nor receiving their catalogue.
