i tried ordering and had to leave, the front staff were on cell phones in behind where the cook is and did not even look if someone was waiting to order, today there was 3 people waiting to order, done with kfc at this mayfair mall location

Sat in line for about 20 minutes waiting for a 4 year Olds food while the manager sat on his butt in the office and the trainee tried to contend with the lunch rush. Once I finally got the food I ordered it was after people behind me got theirs my order was wrong. Maybe managment should be online during a rush instead of sitting in the office for customers to see

We were waiting for 20 minutes but no one took the order and they were not even busy no is waiting for pick up the order as well and there were 3 employees working and they were not helping at all. At last we decide to not order. Shame on you guys what kind of fast service you provide

Went into KFC in Mayfair mall today for chicken and fries. When I got home was grossed out by feathers still on my chicken wing..... two big feathers!!!! Disgusting!!!!! You need to quality checked before you send an order out.... there no way they couldn’t notice these giant feathers on chicken... have photo to show u... too far to come back.... pissed off
