I was at the store and I got the jalapeño popcorn which I didn’t want. So I asked the girl working to exchange it for me and she just denied. Clearly I didn’t even eat a popcorn off that bag and I was told that because I touched it I cannot exachange it. I paid almost 6 dollars for a small bag and did not even get what I wanted. How ridiculous is that. Also the girl needs to learn basics of customer service. Her response was really off and she didn’t even apologize. Never coming back
