I did my taxes here last year for 3 years it cost me 1200$ because I run a sole proprietorship. This year I asked for a form to be sent to castlegar. I was told that they couldn't do it first, then that they would call me soon. 4 hours I waited after calling 3 times with no answer. Then on my 4th call they answered and said they' d send the file. The following day, they still hadn't sent the single piece of paper required to do my taxes. Insane
