Couldn't figure out why I couldn't get my phone to re-start. Had tried the recommended process but I just couldn't get it to re-start. Sanath was very kind to take a look. I thought it may hav needed a new battery. In less than 2 seconds he had re-started it. He then showed me exactly how to do it. Won't forget his generosity. Will not forget it.
