I recently had an appointment with Marisol but the day of my appointment I was told Marisol was no longer available. I was given a spot the next day with Kyle wh I hadn’t seen before. It turned out he was fitting me in whilst seeing another client. He was rushed and didn’t take any time to make sure of what I needed. As a result the haircut is really bad. It’s choppy and uneven and so much shorter at the back than I wanted. It’s the worst cut
