We had been assured by the Bell online salesperson that we could get help to set up our new phones in the store. Upon arrival, we were initially told that was not the case. But a brief conversation with Declan explaining our disappointment, quickly shifted to him offering to do the setup. Declan was confident and efficient in getting us through the process!
