I get it. Global elites need more money and we are the cows for milking. I get the continuous price hikes but guys come on. Educate your staff about basic vegetables. It's tiring constantly explaining what cilantro or which type of cabbage it is. Also nice moves trying to sell the broken box of premium bacon wrapped scallops. Reduce the price or fix the box. Complete and utter laziness. Would give 0 stars it possible.

In store today, picked up carrot cake 12.99$. Got home dated best before 21 September, this is not acceptable, tried phoning unable to connect ,told to go to directectory? I knowmimshouldmhave checked dates first,

What a great lady you have working in the upstairs cafe at Quality Foods, Eagle Creek Village. I think her name was “Yuko”. She is such a hard worker! Very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble for her. I hope you value hardworking staff like that. The shop upstairs is very good too. Nice lady working there. Like that you can have a coffee inside there now. Makes it more enticing to buy something! Great to see good staff.

I came across this rude cashier three times, the last being Nov.9, lunchtime. She gave me dirty looks and refused to come closer to ask me, behind the plexiglass whether I want paper or plastic. It was difficult (am not deaf) to hear her behind the glass. Then she snapped at me. I thought I was imagining things but she , the same cashier did it to me three times. I was hurt at first because I was taken by surprise, since all the other staff are so nice, but got furious. She has bad attitude and should not pick on certain customers and bully them. I will avoid her like the plague. She is the first cashier near the exit.

I love this store, except for one very important thing !! Fresh produce is often labeled as coming from two different sources, making it almost impossible to buy Canadian. For many shoppers, like myself, who try to buy produce from Canadian sources, this is a reason not to use the store. Please consider amending this practice so that we can be sure of where our food comes from .For this reason I have to give only one star.
