There is something wrong with this business mode and I am not returning to this shop again. Of the last 3 times I've been there they have butchered my hair. Even after 2 months it hasn't grown back in enough to repair the damage. They have such a turnover of staff you can't get any consistency and seem not be able to listen to instructions. I've had it with them.
