Went to the Mobile Care kiosk at Pacific Centre in Vancouver for a new glass for my iPhone. The Staffer was a young lady who didn't care about fixing my phone rather than talking on her airbus. Turns out that her lousy service & repair caused my phone's home button not to function. Went to see the Manager to complain and got a refund for the bad repair. Got the refund...I will never go back to use them
