Nespresso Kiosk at Oakridge Center: Horrendous customer service: I bought a milk frother 3 days ago. I was told the return policy is 14 days (not told that on the first several of those days returns cannot be accepted. It was defective (burns every time through no fault of my own), so I drove across town to return it today, and after waiting in line a long time again, I’m told I can’t return it today: I must drive across town again tomorrow (canceling engagements I already had for tomorrow) to again try to return it. I find this very unusual policy. Therefore it would have been courteous to point out clearly to customers this strange returns restriction, to save them a trip. Furthermore, every conceivable attempt was made to blame the defect of the machine on me. The whole experience left a very sour taste for the Nespresso brand.
