After having not very good service at IRIS on Broadway I went to Lens Crafters at Oakridge Mall, the person helping me was named Michelle and she was awesome, she was friendly and knowledgable, She had this polished unintrusive skill where when I needed help she was right there and when I was trying to decide between a bunch of frames and needed some time she gave me her opinion and then left me to decide while helping someone close bye, no crowding or pressure, no add-ons, and the price was very close to my spending budget, after sitting down with her to finalize my order, I then decided to have my eyes checked as it had been 5 years, michell went out of her way to call and arrange an eye test for me next door then she took me over for my testing and introduced me to thier staff, my eye doctor was aslo great, everyone in both places made me feel so comfortable, in the end, Michelle ordered my glases and had them ready for me in less than an hour. Her great communication and service skills have put the hook in me, Oakridge is a bit out of my way but from now on I will drive a bit farther and buy my glasses at Oakridge Lens Crafters. if management is reading this then give this girl a raise, Cheers M

My wife and I have been purchasing all of our eyeglasses at this location for many years, but recently something has changed, and not for the better. This weekend we were prepared to buy two pairs of prescription sunglasses, but did not because they wouldn't even honor advertised specials, let alone seniors or any other kind of discount. Glasses are expensive enough as it is without being treated as an ATM by store staff.
