I was helped by an associate named Hylen, and she was the NICEST person to talk to! I’m a telus customer, and I wasn’t happy with their phone cases+ screen protecters. Hylen ended up spending 45mins talking to me about the different cases and protectors. She answered all my questions with a big smile, and her warm bubbly energy made me feel really reassured in my purchases! She also recommended me to get protection for my iphone xr too! Given this excellent service, I will most definitely go to this cell provider after my contract ends at telus! Hope to see Hylen again :) Day made!
