I bought a cuban cigar. Romea Y Julieta. No.2. From Express news on SW marine. ALL of these cigars in the cabinet had the tubes slightly open. AND THEY WERE ALL DRIED OUT!!! I still have one from purchase in Ladner from 2017 that I kept in the tube, it is still soft and fresh!! WHY did they open the tubes to let them all dry out? Do they not know how to store cigars????
