Your store manager at the Kingsgate Mall location needs an immediate lesson in customer service, 2years later and you’re still allowing your staff to police the bodies of customers, which is ironic considering the manager looked like she hasn't run a lap since high school, bit thinks she cant dictate health protocols to others. Y’all must have nothing going on in your lives if the highlight of it is playing authoritative dictators on ppls bodies

No one greeted me or offered to help. Instead I was immediately followed when I went to look at socks at the back corner of the store. I then went to another section and was followed again. Disgusting behavior by the staff. The manager and staff need proper training on how to treat ALL paying customers.

My wife has a legitimate mask exemption for health reason and refused her entry to the store even though it is illegal to do so.
